Upon our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by James, who made us feel at home in a cozy apartment equipped with a kitchenette, which was ideal for preparing light meals and enjoying a cup of tea. With the added touch of complimentary toiletries and a deep soaking tub, the bathroom felt like a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The apartment's close proximity to the majestic Bungay Castle, just a mere 300 metres away, allowed us to indulge in the area's rich history. the ambiance of the 19th-century building added character, transporting us to a different era while still enjoying modern conveniences like free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. For anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming base in East Anglia, I would highly recommend this gem-my only regret is not staying longer!
